Paint Tray Liners

Advanced Extrusion, Inc. manufactures RPET sheet with tight tolerances, ideal for packaging, laminating, and custom thermoforming applications. Our RPET films are best suited for rigid packaging applications in industries ranging from food and medical to automotive. Compared to plastic resins such as PP, PVC, and HDPE, our RPET materials have high tensile yield strengths.

These polyester films are available with thicknesses as low as 0.008" and as high as 0.080". Advanced Extrusion's RPET films exhibit resistance to strong oxidizers, alcohol, and hydrocarbon solvents. In food packaging applications, our RPET films act as barriers to fat, grease, and oil. Depending on your special packaging requirements, we can coat RPET sheet with silicone or anti-static/anti-fog materials.

We consistently meet stringent delivery schedules through specially designed JIT programs. If required, our experienced team will provide on-site technical assistance to solve your thermoforming or cutting problems. All our custom extrusion, coating, and finishing processes comply with ISO, FDA, and ASME standards. Through best manufacturing practices such as GMP, we achieve consistent lot-to-lot quality.
