Our custom S-b-S PET extruded sheet can be cut and formed into a range of packaging products, including thermoform blisters, clamshells, and trays. Profile widths of these polyester films range from 15" to 54". Depending on your specific application requirements, we can manufacture S-b-S PET film with tensile yield strength as high as 9,000 psi.

The exceptional clarity, impact performance, and formability of our S-b-S PET extrusion make it best suited for packaging, thermoforming, as well as laminating applications. Our custom extruded PET films are resistant to alkalis, hydrocarbon solvents, alcohol, and strong oxidizers. These polyester films are used in industries ranging from food packaging and automotive to medical.

We use 100% recyclable PET resins in our custom extrusion processes. As a custom extruder of PET resins for food, medical, and retail products, we conform to a range of stringent industrial standards, including ISO, FDA, and ASME
