PETG flexible plastic films for packaging automotive, electrical and retail products

As a custom extruder of PET resins, Advanced Extrusion, Inc. manufactures flexible plastic films for packaging automotive, electrical, and retail products. From our sheet extrusion lines, we fabricate PETG with thicknesses ranging from 0.008″ to 0.080″. The low gas permeability, thermoforming versatility, and toughness of our PETG films make them ideal for food and medical product packaging.

Available in multiple colors, our PETG films retain optical clarity even after going through forming and bending processes. These PETG films are engineered to act as barriers to acids, alkalis, and oils in a range of custom packaging applications. Roll outer diameters of our PETG films range from 16″ to 40″.

Advanced Extrusion uses ASTM certified polyester materials in the custom extrusion processes. We are an ISO compliant extrusion house that handles manufacturing processes that comply with AIB, FDA, and ANSI standards. In addition to plastic extrusion fabrication, we offer coating as well as matte finishing services to OEMs and other customers.
