Combining over 3 decades of experience in plastic extrusion/thermoforming, we manufacture Cap Ex sheet in 3" and 6" core sizes for food packaging, automotive, as well as medical markets. Manufacturing food-grade plastic sheet for packaging, laminating, and thermoforming applications is also our specialty. Our extruded Cap Ex sheet has good resistance to hydrocarbon solvents, alkalis, alcohol, and acids.

Depending on your thermoforming requirements, Cap Ex sheet can be offered in thicknesses ranging from 0.012" to 0.050". Service temperatures of our Cap Ex sheet range from 0°F to 150F. If your thermoforming processes warrant special coating or surface treatment, we can manufacture PET films coated with anti-static or anti-fog materials.

Available in custom colors, these Cap Ex films have excellent optical properties. They have low haze value and high clarity. Our custom production processes comply with ISO, FDA, and Mil-Spec standards. We also adopt manufacturing procedures such as GMP to provide quality thermoforming solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
